Every class is specially designed to work on your strength and fitness and will challenge you to go outside your comfort zone, leaving you feeling strong, confident and unstoppable when we’re done.
The online classes are full of energy and great vibes. You will feel like you’re there with me in person, all whilst training from home. Choose from STRONGER using weights, Bodyweight Strength or Saturday Sweat.

A 45min outdoor (Marlborough, Wiltshire) HIIT session focused on building strength and improving your fitness. Come prepared to work hard and get sweaty – your muscles will burn, you’ll be out of breath.

Personal Training

All personal training sessions are especially designed for you. Always making sure you get the best results and reach your goals. I will help you find the fire inside of you and wholly embrace your own potential. You will feel confident, empowered and strong.
We’re all different, so training styles vary from athlete to athlete. Workouts range from functional training, circuits and bodyweight exercises to strength and conditioning. Pre- and post-natal coaching is also available.
