Training with Judith over the past year and a half has been fantastic – much better than I could have hoped for! The individualised at home training plan is always meticulously constructed and the in-person sessions are always brilliant and it is clear that lots of time and effort has gone into creating my bespoke training plan. In terms of results, I feel a lot stronger and more energised day to day.
The support from Judith has been next level, she has gone above and beyond to support me with my training and I have really valued such a person-centred approach. Judith is the most amazing personal trainer – she is incredibly knowledgeable about training, as well as diet and other factors that impact wellbeing. Working with Judith has been an absolute dream! I’ve had the privilege of having her as my personal trainer for a couple of months (remotely – online), during which time she managed to help me break my own personal records, in every single session. She helped me feel strong, powerful, and literally unstoppable.
