We’re all different, so training styles vary from athlete to athlete. Workouts range from functional training, circuits and bodyweight exercises to strength and conditioning.

Plus personalised online training plan

There’s more to transforming your body, mind and life than working out. Integrate our training, eat real food and make healthy lifestyle choices so you can feel strong, confident and unstoppable.
As well as training on a 1:1 basis, you will also receive a personalised online training plan via the TrueCoach app, with workouts to do between our sessions. The training plan includes videos of every exercise, lets you look back at your training history and weights used, and is a fantastic source of accountability. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7.

All in person sessions are held outdoors in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Not local? No problem! Train online via Zoom.

PT Packages

When you sign up via direct debit, you’re committing to a minimum of 3 months. That’s 12 weeks of stepping into your power and totally uplevelling your training.

Why 3 months?

After working with many clients, I have seen first hand that in order to see results, you need to be implementing change and training consistently for a minimum of 3 months. This also allows you to build healthy training habits to see sustainable results.

The great thing about working together is that you get me as your support team. I’m there with you, every step of the way. Guiding, supporting and holding you accountable on your journey to becoming the best, most badass version of yourself.
