Plus personalised online Programming

When you choose one of the ‘training and programming’ packages, you will also receive a personalised online training plan via the FitR app, with workouts to do between our sessions.

Why choose personalised programming?

Doing additional workouts between our sessions will skyrocket you towards your goals. Rather than training once or twice a week, your training will become part of your lifestyle.
Your personalised training plan includes videos of every exercise, lets you communicate with me in app and is a fantastic source of accountability. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7, supporting you every step of the way.

All in person sessions are held indoors at 
Marlborough CrossFit, Wiltshire.
