The online classes are full of energy and great vibes. You will feel like you’re there with me in person, all whilst training from home. Choose from STRONGER using weights, Bodyweight Blast or Saturday Sweat.

30min high intensity workouts with low impact options via ZOOM. We’ll be working on your strength and fitness using only your bodyweight. This class is like an energy shot workout.
