Come and join us for an awesome Outdoor Bootcamp every Wednesday. A 45min outdoor (Marlborough, Wiltshire) bootcamp focused on building strength and improving fitness, all whilst having FUN along the way. Using a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises. Come prepared to get sweaty, work hard AND enjoy yourself – all within a wonderful community of women. Your muscles will burn, you’ll be out of breath and you’ll feel FABULOUS afterwards.
Who can take part?
All levels welcome and encouraged. You go at YOUR pace and have a great time doing it.
What do I need?
Yoga mat or similar that you don’t mind getting a bit muddy. Water, Yourself.
How can I join the class?
1. Click on the “Book your Class” button.
2. Book your class – booking closes 1hr before the start of the session.
3. Come and train with me.
