Now let me tell you all about my most popular class – Saturday Sweat. I absolutely LOVE this class! It’s so much fun and will leave you feeling energised for the rest of your day.
What’s Saturday Sweat?
A 45min ZOOM HIIT session focused on improving your fitness, fat burning and energising you, ready for your weekend. Prepare to find your limits and push through them – you’ll be out of breath, your muscles will burn and you’ll feel UNSTOPPABLE when we’re done! All using only your bodyweight.
Who can take part?
All levels welcome and encouraged. You go at YOUR pace and have a great time doing it.
What do I need?
No equipment needed. Just bring yourself and some water.
How can I join the class?
1. Click on the “Book your Class” button.
2. Book your class – booking closes 1hr before the start of the session.
3. Come and train with me.
Can’t make the live time? No problem!
The recording of the session will be available for 72hrs after the live session so you can catch up in your own time or do it again.
