Strength and conditioning with weights
Have you heard me talking about my STRONGER class in stories a million times, but don’t actually know what it’s about? Then look no further – let me tell you more!
A 45min ZOOM session focused on strength and conditioning. This session uses weights. We’ll be doing deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses and burpees to name a few. Consisting of 2-3 different workouts you’ll be pushing your fitness to the next level whilst also building strength. You’ll leave each session feeling stronger and unstoppable! If you like the workouts I post on my feed, you’ll love this class!
Who can take part?
Some training experience needed. You should be able to kettlebell swing, deadlift (this doesn’t need to be a super heavy deadlift, just know how to do it safely), squat, row.
What do I need?
2DBs (1 pair) or 1KB minimum. If you have more, bring it along.
How can I join the class?
1. Click on the “Book your Class” button.
2. Book your class – booking closes 1hr before the start of the session.
3. Come and train with me.
Can’t make the live time? No problem!
The recording of the session will be available for 72hrs after the live session so you can catch up in your own time or do it again.
