"I have kept active throughout my pregnancy, but as I approached my third trimester I wasn't sure what exercises were good for both me and the baby. I started training with Judith as she is qualified in pre and post natal exercise training. I really enjoyed our training sessions and gained a lot more confidence in healthy pregnancy exercising. We focused keeping me healthy and getting ready for baby. It was really great to know that there were still lots of healthy exercises I could do which have really helped to keep my energy levels up. Judith is really patient and motivating and would tailor our sessions to my energy levels.
